The Vermicelli collection can be a stand alone pattern or used to mix or match with other Spode Blue Room patterns. It has a white body with a wide rim of blue granite textured appearance. The Dinner Plate can be used at every meal or on the buffet table when entertaining.Crafted in England by the renowned ceramicists of Spode--one of the countries oldest pottery makers--this plate marries beauty with the durability sought after for today's fast-paced households. Made of crack-resistant earthenware, the piece functions safely in the microwave and can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Its simple, clean design coordinates with a broad selection of Spode Blue Room lines as well most of what is already sitting in the kitchen cupboard. Starting with a solid white body, the plate carries a wide, 1-3/4-inch border. The two toned border features an intricate granite pattern in dark blue on a paler blue background.
